How to Reset your Pirates password - Windows Users

If you are a remote user, make sure you are connected to the VPN via GlobalProtect.
Step 1:
On your keyboard press, "CTRL + ALT + DEL" keys at the same time.
*Note: If you are remote, you NEED to be connected to the GlobalProtect VPN first.

Step 2:
Select, "Change a Password".

Step 3:
Enter your the current password in the designated field. Then enter what you want your new password to be. You will also put the same new password in the confirmation box. Once complete, press, "Enter".

Changing your password without being connected to the VPN or on the Pirates Network, may require you to use your old password to sign into your user account on the laptop. Connecting to the VPN would be required for the password to update.
